What actually is NDIS Support Coordination?
NDIS Support Coordination is a service that is sometimes included in a participants NDIS plan. NDIS Support Coordinators do lots of things but their main purpose is to help people choose and implement supports and services not only through their NDIS plans but also connecting in to mainstream, community and other activities and services. It is important that the participant is empowered to exercise choice and control over the supports and services they want in their life.
An autism-specific service
As an autism-specific service, we understand that the needs of each person on the spectrum are as individual as they are. This means it is particularly important that we work with a genuinely person-centred approach to ensure we are working in partnership with you according to your individual needs, wants and preferences. Many of us on the team have lived experience of living with autism and we truly love our work and would be absolutely delighted to have the opportunity to work with you.
